Services
The NDC Certification Program prepares professionals to lead highly successful DEI strategies for organizational excellence and innovation in today’s global landscape. The program blends theory and practice during a 5-day intensive curriculum and on-going professional development through the NDC Graduate Network. Graduates of the program are recognized as a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP).
The NDC Virtual Suite offers top-notch learning solutions to enhance skills, energize behavior into action, and engage employees as valued contributors to business success and to strategic efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The National Diversity Consultant and Training Center is the premier provider of training for diversity, equity and inclusion. An arm of the National Diversity Council we are thought leaders, faculty and instructors who can combine the content from different offerings to provide a customized solution that best fits your organizational needs.
We assist in bringing to life the business case for diversity, equity and inclusion while deepening the organization’s knowledge and commitment to accountability at all levels. We believe that an inclusive and equitable workplace is the responsibility of every single person in the organization. We engage with your organization in any point of your DEI journey.

The NDC Index is a measurement of organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion among companies in the U.S. The index rates companies on CEO engagement as well as corporate initiatives, policies, and programs in support of inclusion.
The NDC Index recognizes companies with a 100 score as the Best Companies in the U.S.
